Conference listeners need notes they can find and return to. Lighthearts built Scribe to keep preparation, impressions, questions, and commitments together.

The need

General Conference listeners needed a simple way to capture what stood out and return to their questions and commitments after the event.

The people it serves: Individuals attending or listening to semi-annual General Conference events.

The challenge

Conference notes often end up scattered across paper, phone notes, and messages, making them difficult to revisit and use later.

Lighthearts’ solution

Lighthearts designed and built a conference companion that connects preparation, session notes, quick impression capture, and later reflection in one mobile interface.

Capture thoughts while listening

Quick prompts for questions, feelings, thoughts, and commitments reduce the steps between noticing something and recording it.

Keep the context with the note

Session and speaker fields help listeners organize notes so they can find and understand them later.

Connect the event with reflection

Preparation, listening, activities, and notes share one navigation system, with a path back to the commitments listeners want to revisit.

Execution and delivery

Lighthearts developed the product concept, note-taking workflow, mobile interface, and public application, and provides community support. General Conference Scribe is available at gcscribe.com as an independent community product.
