Lighthearts designed a workshop series that helps businesses examine a real workflow, assess whether AI could help, and define the preparation and limits for a manageable first project.

The workshop connects tool selection with the quality of existing information, staff skills, internal guidelines, and privacy questions.

Execution and delivery
Lighthearts developed the workshop structure, application framework, preparation guidance, and facilitation plan through its work with WESTMARC. The series is available to municipal, regional, and business-support hosts, with partner rollout in development.
